july
mondays are spaghetti night, since there's so many varieties of spaghetti sauce out there, and it's a cheep, easy, and f you use whole wheat pasta, a fairly healthy meal. thursdays we usually run errands, and we get a prepackaged frozen entree. it's really cheep and easy, even if it's not the most nutritional thing.  i find it's easiest for me if i plan to have the same lunch all week long, since i'm the only one eating it, i can use up the whole package of whatever ingredients it consists of. i don't plan snacks. i don't plan for the weekends either. i usually work then, and eat at my employer's. once a month for 3-5 days i plan only soups and stews. it allows me a break from point counting, while keeping me from going over what i should have. i've forgotten where most of the recipes i've gathered came from, so if you recognize any of them, let me know, so i can give credit where credit is due. :)  all points are approximate, and i've been known to get things wrong. ^.^
